Cancellation Policy

Lesson Cancellation:
 A 24 hour advanced cancellation is needed for any Lesson with Jess Hansen. A 24 hour cancellation allows your spot to be filled. Without a 24 hour notice via text, email or phone call your lesson will be counted as used and charged for the current one hour lesson rate.

Effective as of:
 This cancellation policy is  effective as of August 3, 2018 for Groupon’s, Club Fittings, Group Lessons, Lesson Packages, Practice Sessions, Practice Packages or Individually Purchased Lessons.

Jess Hansen Golf Academy Cancellation Policy:
To discourage last minute cancellations and no shows all Groupon Lessons will need to leave the Groupon redemption code on file with us, Anyone scheduling without a previously purchased lesson or lesson package will  be required to leave a credit card on file for the current lesson rate.​

More than 24 hours’ notice – no charge and easy re-scheduling
Less than 24 hours’ notice – 100% of total current 1 hour lesson rate
No Shows –  100% of total current 1 hour lesson rate
Late Arrivals – It is your duty to arrive on time, your lesson time starts the time it was scheduled for and will not be accommodated for if your arrive late.
